Immersion and Connection
Overview
Through the Immersion and Connection Stage, we will gain a deep understanding of the context, challenges, and opportunities surrounding the Participant's environment and the actions impacting their well-being. This stage integrates two sessions: Framework Immersion Session and Experiential Connection Session.
Framework Immersion Session
The purpose of the immersive session is to introduce the Participants to the world of regenerative thinking through workshops, lessons, and experiential activities like talking circles, pattern dynamics discovery methods, and stakeholder mapping, which will foster an open dialogue and raise experiential awareness about the dynamics of the complex systems they are part of and the kind of resources they have to read and influence them positively.
Experiential Connection Session
This session emphasizes the importance of understanding and integrating nature's patterns into organizational and personal practices. Through interactive and hands-on activities, participants explore how regenerative principles can be applied to create transformative ecosystems that support sustainable change.
